Tyvek^® SOLID, SUPRO, SUPRO Plus breather membranes are flexible, non-woven sheet materials made from high density polyethylene (HDPE); they are spun bonded and carefully engineered to provide the minimum resistance to the passage of water vapour (0.17MN.s.g­¹: Sd=0.03m) whilst at the same time providing an airtight barrier which is watertight to a hydrostatic head of 2.0 metres.  

Tyvek^® REFLEX is a flexible sheet material made from HDPE, spun bonded and aluminised on one face. It is airtight, watertight to 1.7m, offers very low resistance to the passage of water vapour (0.18MN.s.g^­¹: Sd=0.03m) and reflects 94% of radiant heat.  

Tyvek^® SD2 is a flexible sheet material made from spun bonded polypropylene and a polyolefin coating engineered to provide an airtight barrier with a resistance to water vapour (10.5MN.s.g^­¹: Sd=2.0m) 100 times higher than Tyvek^®  breather membranes. Tyvek^® SD2 is watertight to a hydrostatic head of 2.0 metres.

Use Tyvek^® SD2 as an internal barrier to provide vapour resistance and airtightness together with Tyvek^®  SUPRO, SUPRO Plus, SOLID as an underlay beneath the external cladding to provide watertightness, airtightness and minimal resistance to the release of water vapour.
